We’ve teamed up with St Margaret Clitherow Primary School this June to support the launch of the largest community music festival to be organised by a school in Bracknell. Festival on the Field will take place on Saturday 29th June from 3pm – 9pm at St Margaret Clitherow school.
Festival on the Field will be the ultimate festival for all the family and aims to raise money for St Margaret Clitherow School. Local bands, Red Tape Resistance, Platinum Floyd, and also ex-pupil band members, Project 7, will be providing the music as well as endless entertainment for children and adults including face painting and braiding, tree climbing and inflatables. There will also be plenty of food and drink, of course.
“As a company that’s been based in the area for over 25 years and a firm supporter of the local community, we’re really proud to be sponsoring such as wonderful event which will bring together families and friends, support local music artists and neighbouring businesses, and raise much-needed funds for the local school,” said Russell Cook, Managing Director of SIRE Technology.
Since 2017, we have also been working hard supporting Dingley’s Promise, our charity partner, based in West Berkshire, Wokingham and Reading, which delivers life-changing support to under 5’s with additional needs and disabilities.
“We pride ourselves on our long-standing relationships and being the partner that always delivers, whether that’s with clients or when working with local charities or organisations,” adds Russell. “The team at SIRE has really loved working with St Margaret Clitherow and we look forward to seeing the homegrown, super talented bands from Bracknell perform throughout the day.”
Festival on the Field is on Saturday 29th June, from 3pm – 9pm at St Margaret Clitherow. Tickets start from £5 and are available through the school office or PTA or online via https://smc-festival-on-the-field.eventbrite.co.uk.
