  • Everything Tech is the Data Controller for this website. This means we determine how and why your personal data is processed. If you have entered into a contract with us, or with one of the companies listed below, we are also the Data Controller for that relationship.
  • In some cases, we may act as a Data Processor on behalf of our customers, with the customer acting as the Data Controller. This typically applies when we process data solely under their instructions.

The personal data we process

      • Removing contacts who have left their role or company
      • Records that have shown no engagement for over two years are SET AS NON-MARKETING CONTACT

  • Online advertising partners to keep you updated on our products and services;
  • Website engagement tools(e.g. live chat) to help us to assist you and respond to your queries;
  • Analytics providers to help us improve your online experience;
  • Event or promotion partners – to enhance the event experience for customers;
  • Service providers and subcontractors- to support the delivery of our products and services;
  • Fraud prevention agencies to prevent fraud;
  • Alternative dispute resolution services, if escalation of a complaint is required.
  • Legal or regulatory authorities, if required by law, court order, or government request.

Where we process your data

The personal data that we collect from you will primarily be processed in the United Kingdom. However, it may also be transferred to and processed inside and outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”). Data will only be transferred outside of the EEA where this is an adequacy agreement. Where this is not the case, then the transfer will only be made if there are appropriate safeguards in place.

How long will we keep your personal data

We will not retain your personal data for longer than necessary. How long we keep it depends on the type of data and the reason it was collected.

Personal data is retained and deleted in accordance with our Data Retention and Deletion Policy.

In some cases, we may retain data beyond the standard retention period to allow for a review process prior to deletion, or because it exists in system backups.

  • The Right to restrict processing – You can request that we limit how we use your data, particularly if you dispute its accuracy or our lawful basis for processing;
  • The right to object – You can object to the processing of your personal data where we rely on legitimate interests as our legal basis.
  • The right to object to cookies – You have the right to control cookie settings through your browser or our cookie management tools;
  • The right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority
