With the growth of the business and the need to retain customer records and supporting documentation there was increasing demand for easy access to the paper and electronic documents.

To meet this challenge, Trailfinders have implemented a Saperion Document Management System to help reduce the amount of paper that was circulating within the company.

"We provided a full Document Management System so that everything coming in through Lotus Notes – all documents and faxes – are archived automatically, which made documents instantly accessible, significantly improving customer service," said Russell Cook, SIRE Technology Technical Director.
