Paperless Office - Technology and Deployment

Pre-implementation

SIRE Technology works closely with every client in establishing the required hardware server, Network Storage and Infrastructure requirements and produces a Statement of Work.

Discussion with client

SIRE Technology will assess and review the management process for a successful implementation of the electronic workflow business process. As part of this process all suggestions and considerations made by the client will be factored into the procedure.

Implementation of hardware and software

SIRE Technology will handle all implementation which will facilitate the automated import of Documentation. All the following requirements to achieve the paperless office will be discussed and approved with the client: storage backend, servers, end-user stations [retrieval, scanning and indexing], Network Hardware and Infrastructure [routers, hubs, cabling, connectivity], network configuration [active directory, security policies, user and group entries], and Backup Hardware and software [servers, tape drives, machine agents].

SIRE Technology will advise and facilitate business requirements gathering, technical facilitation of hardware, storage and network configuration, implementation supervision and database analysis for integration into the new workflow process leading to a paperless office.

End-user training

SIRE Technology will provide every means of support to the client to ensure that staff is fully knowledgeable in the day-to-day running and successful management of the system. This level of support will be ongoing and will include on-site training or training at the SIRE Technology facility in Crowthorne, Berkshire.
