To meet this challenge, Trailfinders have implemented a Saperion document management system from SIRE to help reduce the amount of paper that was circulating within the company.
"We provided a full document management system so that everything coming in through Lotus Notes – all documents and faxes – are archived automatically, which significantly improved customer service,". said Russell Cook, SIRE's Technical Director.
