Technical Service Administrator Job Opportunity

Technical Services Administrator Salary: £18000 - £23000 per annum

Job type: Contract/Permanent

We are looking for a Technical Service Administrator to join our team based in Crowthorne. You will be required to update our sales order process system based on SAGE and our own CRM system, essential to maintaining effective service activity and management reporting requirements. You’ll also get involved in other administrative and technical duties and be expected to contribute to ad hoc projects. Good all level communication skills and the ability to maintain good working relationships is essential. Someone who is able to prioritize, pay attention to detail and can remain calm and professional at all times. Whilst good IT skills are essential, experience of SAGE and/or customer management systems would be an advantage.
